To generate the scene, SIDERA uses the date, time, and place you provide. When available, coordinates and timezone are also used. This data serves the chart calculation and the scene's visualization.
The calculation happens locally in the browser. SIDERA does not send a user profile to any Analemma Labs server and does not keep a copy of the generated scene.
SIDERA may use the browser's localStorage to save functional preferences and, only on your explicit choice, some experience data:

It can be removed by clearing the site's data from the browser or by turning off the storage option when available.
When you search for a place via the city/place field, SIDERA may query the Nominatim/OpenStreetMap service to convert the place name into geographic coordinates. The request may include the text searched and the usual technical connection data, such as the IP address. Place search happens only when you use it; alternatively, coordinates and timezone can be entered manually.
To function, the experience may load technical libraries from a CDN, including Three.js, Astronomy Engine, Luxon, and Tone.js via jsDelivr. These libraries are required for 3D rendering, astronomical calculations, time handling, and audio components on standby. Analemma Labs does not use them for analytics or profiling.
SIDERA is served through Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, content delivery and technical security. Cloudflare may process ordinary technical connection data and set strictly necessary security identifiers under its applicable data-protection terms.
The Celestial Seal is generated locally as a PNG image. It contains no visible name, coordinates, or identifying data and is not uploaded by SIDERA to external servers.
Support links lead to external platforms such as Ko-fi or PayPal. These platforms handle any payments under their own privacy notices. SIDERA does not integrate payment systems within the experience and requires no account to be used.
SIDERA does not use profiling cookies, advertising pixels, or commercial tracking systems. There is currently no first-visit cookie banner because the experience integrates no marketing or analytics cookies. The browser may still use technical cache to load resources and libraries faster. You can review or change your choices at any time via the ‘Cookie preferences’ link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect immediately.
If analytics, new external platforms, or other functions that change data processing are introduced in the future, this page will be updated and the first-visit consent banner will be activated before optional technologies load. Optional categories will default to denied.
