1. Data Controller
Analemma Labs (VAT: IT08184200726) is the Data Controller for personal data collected through this website. Privacy requests may be sent via the dedicated Contact section or to the published support address. Postal contact details are available on request. No Data Protection Officer has currently been appointed.
2. Type of Data Collected
We exclusively collect data that is strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site and, if the user uses the contact form or email support, the information provided voluntarily (such as name, email address, and message content).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
The data provided is used solely to respond to technical support requests, commercial inquiries, or questions relating to software and plugin licences. Depending on the request, the legal basis is taking steps at the user's request before entering into or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), Analemma Labs' legitimate interest in responding to general or support correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)), or compliance with a legal obligation where applicable (Article 6(1)(c)).
4. Infrastructure and Service Providers
Cloudflare provides site hosting, delivery and security services and may process technical connection data as a service provider. Contact and support email is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing, so message content and delivery metadata transit Cloudflare before reaching the configured mailbox. Providers process data under their applicable terms and data-protection arrangements.
5. SIDERA and External Services

6. Data Retention
Data is processed and stored for the time strictly required by the purposes for which it was collected. The user may request the deletion of their data at any time.
